From the Formuler home screen, launch MYTVOnline 3 (MOL3) — it's pre-installed.
Go to Playlists → Add playlist → Xtream Codes (or M3U URL, either works).
Type the Server URL, Username and Password exactly as they appear in your email.

Open the Play Store (or sideload via Downloader), search "TiviMate", and install it.
Open TiviMate, select Add playlist, then choose Xtream Codes.
Fill in the Server URL, Username and Password, then give the playlist a name.

Select the login method that matches your credentials.

These boxes perform best on a wired connection — plug in an Ethernet cable for the smoothest 4K playback. If a channel buffers, drop the stream quality in the app or simply reboot the box. The most common cause of a "login failed" error is a small typo, so double-check your Server URL starts with http:// and has no trailing spaces.
