Brampton IPTV 4K provides an IPTV subscription — login credentials (Xtream Codes / M3U access) that let you stream content through third-party player applications on your own device. We do not provide, sell, or support the player app itself; those applications are developed and maintained by independent third parties, and their availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, WhatsApp number) is accurate and that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.
Your login credentials are personal to you and tied to your subscription's device limit. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's connection limit, reselling access without an active reseller agreement, or attempting to circumvent usage limits may result in suspension without refund.
We accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. Prices are listed in CAD and include all channels and VOD content for your selected plan — there are no hidden tiers or add-on fees beyond what's listed at checkout. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you choose whether to purchase a new term when your current one ends.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device, and the third-party player app you choose. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet provider, device limitations, or third-party app issues.

Free trials are limited to one per household/device and are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a trial at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, without refund, at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time by simply not renewing your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brampton IPTV 4K is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party app issues.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
