DMCA Notice

1. Our Role

We provide subscription access (login credentials) that work with third-party player applications. We do not host, store, or distribute video content ourselves — content is delivered through upstream sources and displayed via independent player apps that we do not develop or control.

2. Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@iptvbrampton4k.ca including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• A description of where the infringing material can be located
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include restricting access to the identified content where technically possible within our control.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under the DMCA, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts associated with repeat, verified copyright infringement.
